I thought it might be a help to share a typical day from one of our children. This related to before the holidays and looks like a good mix of work and play. Why not email in what your days have looked like so that we can see lots of different ideas to structure time. Remember, there is no right or wrong at the moment.
” Last week I worked 9-4 every day with a morning and pm break plus lunch.
I have started every day with the Joe Wicks PE session on youtube which is lots of fun.
Mornings are for English and Maths and each day after, I complete my edits and corrections whilst mom gets my next bit of learning ready.
After break I’ve completed different sessions such as Science, art, French and Music.
The afternoons are more practical for example experiments, baking or watching a play and answering questions.
Mom is working me very hard I get rewards in the form of stickers and pocket money and I am really enjoying a new topic on creative writing mom created for me.
I have learned how to add and subtract fractions with different denominators and I have been working hard on my comprehension. I read every evening also and still have online sessions for my dance and acro dance schools. “
